We always try to offer a good and fast service. Nevertheless returns can occur due to the reclamations. Please follow the instructions to offer a smooth service in these cases:

In case of reclamations due to the size or because you don&cute;t like the product please try to sell the item to a member of your team, and we will send you the new items naturally postage free, so you don´t have any disadvantages and you could treat a team member.

If a return is necessary please notice the following instructions:

Please add always the original or a copy of the invoice to the package. Furthermore, please mark the items on it. Additionally write down what should happen with the items.

For example:
a) Send back the same item in size X instead of Y
b) Put the price of the item as a credit to my sales account
c) Refund money (We need your bank account)

Postage for returns:
It´s necessary to pay an adequate postage, because we don´t receive packages with an inadequate postage.

Refund postage:
Please notice that we don´t refund postage in case that you ordered the wrong size or that you don´t like the product.

Postage for sending the changed items:
Regardless of which reason you want to change an item, we will pay the postage for the changed item!

The best would be, that you offer additional item, because this will be send free of charge together with the changed item.

More details of the right of withdrawal for consumers

"consumer" means any natural person who, in contracts to which these regulations apply, is acting for purposes which are outside his business.

You may declare the revocation of your contractual statement in text form (e.g. letter, email) or by returning the merchandise within a period of 14 days. The revocation does not have to contain any reason. We will forward this revocation instruction to you again in text form on request. The revocation period commences the day following the receipt of merchandise and this revocation instruction in text form. The time-limit shall be deemed to be observed by the timely dispatch of the declaration of revocation or the return shipment.

The right of revocation does not apply on contracts for the supply of goods produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which, by reason of their quality, are not suitable for return or may spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded, or for the delivery of audio or video recordings or of software where the seal on the data carriers has been broken by the consumer, or for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals and magazines. All other goods can be returned.

Please take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your care. Any goods returned must be in a resaleable condition. They must be unworn/unused with original tags attached and in original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are appropriately packaged to ensure they are not damaged in return transit.

In case of a valid revocation, all mutually received performances as well as emoluments taken (e.g. interest), if applicable, are to be restituted by either side. If you are unable or partially unable to restitute the merchandise to us or can only restitute it in a deteriorated condition, then you have to insofar compensate for its value where applicable. This does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to examining the merchandise – as for instance in a retail store – or putting the merchandise to its intended use. Things that can be shipped by parcel are to be returned on our risk. Things that cannot be shipped by parcel will be picked up. You are obliged to bear the costs of the return shipment, if the merchandise delivered corresponds to the merchandise ordered, and if the price of the merchandise to be sent back does not exceed an amount of forty euros or if, where the price is higher, you have at the date of the revocation not yet rendered consideration or given a part payment. In all other cases, the return shipment for you is free of charge. All reimbursement obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days of the declaration of revocation.

In case of a valid revocation, Image will use the method of payment that was used by the customer for repayment.
